These terms govern your use of Habit Tracker - Become (the “App”). If you have any questions, contact support@trybecomehabits.com.
1. Using the app
By using the App, you accept these terms. You must use it lawfully, without interfering with its operation or infringing anyone else's rights. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Features and availability
Available features are described in the App and its store listing. We may make improvements, release updates, or carry out maintenance. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed, without affecting any applicable statutory guarantees.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
The App may offer paid features. Before you purchase, the store will show the price, duration, trial conditions, and renewal terms. Renewable subscriptions continue under those terms unless cancelled.
We use RevenueCat to manage access associated with purchases. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests must be submitted through the relevant store and are governed by its terms and applicable law. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot be waived.
4. Privacy and external services
Our privacy policy explains how information is processed and which external services we use, including PostHog analytics and the waitlist managed through Resend. The stores have their own terms of use.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the App, its design, and its content belong to their owners or licensors. Using the App does not transfer those rights. Any restrictions apply within the limits of the law.
6. Liability
You are responsible for using the App appropriately. Limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory guarantees or rights.
7. Changes and contact
